Zoo Walk 2011

We had a beautiful day for the zoo walk this year. Lots of friends joined Team Joe and spent the afternoon with us at Potter Park Zoo. Joe had a great time and I am greatly relieved that the walk went off well and the weather cooperated.

Joe's first days of second grade

The kids are back to school and this year we decided not to go into Joe's classroom for the first few days. Fortunately, Joe's teacher keeps a blog so we can see what he is doing during the day. Joe's teacher gave the kids a choice of how they wanted to be greeted with a high five, a hand shake, a smile or a hug. Guess who chose a hug?
