I brought cookies to decorate for the last meeting of Joe's social circle.  He has been meeting with 4 kids and the school social worker every week to create a social circle for him outside of classroom activities.  Two of the kids were absent so at the last minute we invited Leah.

Joe had his friend Leah over for dinner and then they went to a winter dance.  Joe's comment at the end of the night, "Wow, mom, that was fun!"
